My name is Rochelle Cartagena-Segura and lovingly known as "Mama Roc" and I am passionate about my cooking! I am a Jersey Rican who loves her own native Puerto Rican Soulfood cuisine and all those from around the world, especially Latin America! So don't hesitate to ask , I can make whatever you like!!!

Please see my current menu offerings and please reach out for specific request ( Vegetarian,  Keto, gluten free, etc) can be made upon request!  I also offer cooking classes and I am available to serve as a personal chef!
